Truck-Lite buys Lumitec to diversify into the marine lighting segment

USA – Supplier of lighting systems to on- and off-highway and military vehicle markets, Truck-Lite Co LLC of Falconer, New York has announced its acquisition of Lumitec LLC of Delray Beach, Florida - a premier supplier of LED lighting for the marine industry since 2007.
