Jacobs Vehicle Systems engine brake now standard on International A26

USA - Jacobs Vehicle Systems Inc of Bloomfield, Connecticut, a manufacturer of diesel and natural gas engine retarding systems and valve actuation mechanisms says its engine brake model 5783A is now standard equipment on the Navistar International A26 13-litre engine.
Since 2009, Jacobs has supplied a compression release engine brake for International’s A26 engine. The system increases foundation brake life, improves driveability and lowers the total cost of ownership.
