Mitsubishi-Fuso upgrades dealers in Japan

Japan - Mitsubishi-Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, based in the Japanese city of Kawasaki, Japan, (a Daimler majority-owned company) said it plans to invest up to JPY5bn (USD46m) in 2019 to upgrade selected dealerships as part of its seven-year Mirai Project aimed at “revolutionizing” its retail network in Japan.

As part of the programme, Mitsubishi-Fuso is to carry out improvements including complete rebuilds and refurbishments and even relocate selected dealerships when deemed necessary.
