Continental Tyre Group acquires R&J Strang

Germany / UK - Continental Tyre Group Ltd of West Drayton, UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Continental UK Group Holdings Ltd (a subsidiary of Continental AG), has acquired R&J Strang Tyre Services Ltd of Hamilton, Scotland, to strengthen Continental’s overall commercial fleet services offering across the UK and Ireland.

Founded in 1995, R&J Strang is a successful family-run business servicing a portfolio of commercial vehicle fleets across Scotland from its four depots (Hamilton, Broxburn, Irvine & Dundee).
