Mercedes-Benz launches seven new Euro 5 truck models in Peru

Peru / Brazil – Divemotor¹ of Lima, Peru, the dealer representative of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles (trucks and bus chassis) in Peru presented new truck models for the truck Peruvian market last month; no fewer than seven models ranging from 6 tons gvw to 23 tons gvw are to be introduced during the coming months. All new models are all equipped with Euro 5 technology engines, which is one emissions standard more than the Euro 4 emissions standard for new commercial vehicles introduced by legislation on November 30, 2018.

The new seven Mercedes-Benz truck models for the Peruvian market, which are produced in São Bernardo Plant in Brazil are: Accelo 1016, Atego 1419, Atego 1419 with double cabin, Atego 1726, Atego 2430, Atego 2730 and Atego 3030; some of these models are offered with a choice of two different types of cabin – see more details below2.
