Temsa establishes own subsidiary in France

Turkey /France - After 20 years of being represented by coach dealer, Dietrich Carebus of Ingwiller, France, Temsa SA of Adana (a subsidiary of True Value Capital Partners, a Swiss-based investment fund owned by Turkish conglomerate, Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding) has established its own subsidiary company in France.

France is ranked first among Temsa's export markets having sold and delivered more than 5,000 buses and coach to the country. Aslan Uzun, TEMSA CEO, said: “In the 20th year of our presence in the French market, we are taking a step further with our new venture. Thus, we set up our third overseas company in France, following similar footsteps in the US and Germany. Based on this decision and shaped by our strategy to aim for even higher goals both in the European market, we set up an organization throughout France to handle sales, after-sales services, spare parts, and used vehicles business. With this structure, we will be able to offer faster service to our customers and introduce new products more effectively. Moreover, this organization will provide us crucial advantages in our targets for other European countries as well and growing our market share.”
