Isuzu unveils new-generation D-Max pickup truck

Japan / Thailand - Isuzu Motors Ltd of Tokyo unveiled its new-generation D-Max one-ton pickup truck at the Tokyo Motor show in October; this is its first full-model changeover in eight years.

The D-Max is mainly produced in Thailand for global markets by its subsidiary, Isuzu Motors Company (Thailand) Ltd in Samrong Tai, near Bangkok. Its largest single market is Thailand, where pickup trucks are commonly used as dual-use vehicles by small business owners and farmers.
