PE Automotive acquires Monark

Germany – Truck and bus chassis and driveline part manufacturer, PE Automotive GmbH & Co KG (a division of the BPW Group) has acquired parts company, Monark Automotive GmbH together with the Monark brand for an undisclosed sum. Monark Automotive GmbH, based in Hamburg, has over 60 years of experience and expertise in supplying spare parts for commercial vehicles, ranging from starters to work lamps.

PE Automotive's incorporation of the Monark brand and trading activities expands its range in the areas of vehicle electrics, illumination and diesel fuel injection.
