Daimler's Western Star delivers its 200,000th truck

USA / Germany – Western Star Trucks of Portland, Oregon, USA (a subsidiary of Daimler Trucks North America Inc) announced delivery of its 200,000th truck in the USA.

In North America, Western Star are predominantly acquired as specialist vehicles for construction and vocational truck operations. Western Star trucks are generally 'custom-made' and manufactured specifically with the body requirements of the customer, often for operation in harsh conditions.
