Karsan enjoys sales success with Atak and Jest e-bus models

Turkey - Karsan Otomotiv Sanayii ve Tic A.Ş. of Bursa, Turkey used Busworld Turkey 2020 to announce major sales success of its two electric bus models, the Jest Electric and Atak Electric, which were displayed on the company’s show stand, while a Jest Electric was available for a ride and drive on the ground of the fair.
Muzaffer Arpacıoğlu, deputy general manager of Karsan Commercial Affair, commenting on the company electric bus sales at the show, said: “In as short a time as one year, we sold 68 Jest Electric vehicles to eight different countries, while also signing contracts for the sale of 18 Atak Electric vehicles in a very short period of time.” (Jest Electric was launched in November 2018, while the Atak Electric was launched in Munich, Germany in June 2019).
