MCI demonstrates latest electric coach in Canada

USA / Canada - Motor Coach Industries Inc of Des Plaines, Illinois, United States (a subsidiary of Canada’s NFI Group) has demonstrated the touring capability of its first battery low entry electric commuter coach, the MCI D45 CRTe Le Charge, for three days in conjunction with coach operator, Coach Atlantic Maritime Bus (a subsidiary of the Cassidy Group) on regular routes in new Brunswick, Canada.
Ian Smart, MCI President commenting on this electric coach development, said: "MCI's electric era has arrived.
