DAF works with Paul to offer front wheel drive option on CF and XF trucks

The Netherlands / Germany - DAF Trucks NV of Eindhoven, The Netherlands is introducing the option of hydraulic front-wheel drives on the DAF CF and XF 4x2 tractors powered by the Paccar MX-11 or MX-13 engine for operations that from time to time require additional traction.

This hydraulic front-wheel drive, which can be activated at the flip of a switch on the dashboard, has been developed together with Paul Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH of Vilshofen, Germany; an engineering firm focussed on special-purpose vehicle conversions and construction for clients in Europe and globally.
