Knapen links with Berkers to offer on-board weighing

The Netherlands - Moving floor trailer specialist, Knapen Trailers BV (a subsidiary of the Krone Group) of Deurne, The Netherlands, has in cooperation with engineering technology firm, Berkers Techniek B.V. also of Deurne, announced it can exclusively offer a class 4 on-board weighing system with its Knapen moving floor bulk trailers used in manure transport
This new weighing system is an optional solution for several applications, but one specifically developed for manure transporters, says Knapen, offering ‘class 4’ calibrated weighing of the trailer at any time, up to 38 tonne loads. It provides a large display on the side of the trailer that allows the driver of the loader to read out the weight easily from the cab.
