USA - Last month saw the California Air Resources Board (CARB) based in Sacramento, California adopt a new rule requiring truck manufacturers to transition from diesel trucks and vans to electric zero-emission trucks beginning in 2024. This move sets a clean-truck standard for the state and is seen by the state’s administration as its most important air pollution regulation to date.
