UK – Bus and coach builder, Alexander Dennis Ltd of Larbert, UK (a subsidiary of the NFI Group Inc of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) says circumstances have forced it to restructure its activities, predominantly because of the significant decline in UK demand for its products.
