Germany – Ulm-based Magirus, part of CNH Industrial NV, has launched two new fire trucks in its Excellence Class (EC) range, which was first premiered as a completely new vehicle in 2016.

These represent a third generation of EC models and include the LF 10 all-wheel drive tank pumper and HLF 20 all-wheel drive tank pumper. The new models are available on the latest 4x4 chassis from Iveco, MAN and Mercedes-Benz. They feature a revised crew cab design offering greater comfort, improved storage and increased safety. The rear four-passenger compartment places the crew with backs to the direction of travel. All vehicles carry a high level of safety equipment and features but remain ultimately customisable to meet individual requirements.
