Workhorse begins roll out of C1000 electric delivery trucks as orders roll in

USAWorkhorse Group Inc of Cincinnati, Ohio is to supply newly-formed logistics firm, eTrucks, also of Cincinnati, with 20 of its C1000¹ electric delivery vehicles. The company says it has also begun deliveries to the Ryder System Inc for its Californian-based enterprise.

eTrucks plans to function as a vehicle buyer and reseller and to offer fleet funding programmes and services tailored for different business needs. The company also aims to provide flexible financing options for its customers, including owned or leased programmes. Its primary target market will be the small-to-medium sized business fleet operators in the Ohio area with plans for regional and even national expansion in the near future.
