NFI pilots Volvo VNR Electric HD trucks in Southern California

USA - Through the Volvo LIGHTS project, third-party supply chain solutions provider, NFI Industries of Camden, New Jersey, USA aims to demonstrate the ability for battery-electric trucks to successfully transport freight under a variety of operating conditions.

Volvo Trucks North America Inc of Greensboro, North Carolina, USA (a Volvo Group subsidiary) has supplied NFI with two, Volvo VNR Electric trucks which becomes the third company to deploy its battery-electric trucks. They will be integrated into NFI's commercial operations for ongoing assessment.
