FCA merges with Groupe PSA to form Stellantis

The Netherlands / France – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (FCA), headquartered in Amsterdam has merged with French motor manufacturer, Peugeot SA (Groupe PSA) to create Stellantis N.V. (Stellantis).
Trading in Stellantis common shares began on Euronext in Paris and the Mercato Telematico Azionario in Milan on January 18, 2021, and on the New York Stock Exchange on 19 January 2021.
