Turkey / Macedonia – One of Turkey’s fastest-growing bus and coach builders, Anadolu Isuzu (Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticerat) of Kocaeli, which in December last year unveiled a new purpose-built CNG-powered 13m coach with its trademark two names Kendo (for the domestic market of Turkey) and Interliner (export name), recently delivered six units to the REK Bitola Power Plant in North Macedonia. It also announced deliveries to a customer in France.

The new coach is 12.99m long on two axles, powered by the Cummins L9NE6D320 (9-litre 320hp (239KW) Euro VI OBD-D) compressed natural gas powered engine, and matched with the ZF Ecolife transmission. It is fully air-suspended front and rear with electronically-controlled air activated disc braking all round.
