Owner of Precision Buses buys Bustech to form BusTech Group

Australia - Fusion Capital Holdings (Fusion), the owner of Precision Buses Pty Ltd of Edinburgh, South Australia reached an agreement in September to acquire fellow bus manufacturer, Bustech Pty Ltd (Bustech) of Burleigh Heads, Queensland, with Fusion taking control of both companies. With the purchase concluded in December, the companies now operate under the name Bustech Group.

BusTech Group launched a new logo, an updated corporate website, and a focus on designing, building and delivering low-emission diesel and electric buses.
