Vietnam - LCV sales double in Q4 to push full year sales into the black

Vietnam - Sales of other light commercial vehicles between 2-5 tons gvw more than doubled year-on-year to 5,506 units in the fourth quarter of 2020 after sales fell by over 50% to 2,564 in the same period of 2019, resulting in a slight increase in 2020 sales to 21,727 units.

Truong Hai increased its dominance of this segment last year with sales of Kia K-series trucks rising by almost 18% to 13,401 units, while Isuzu also made significant gains with sales rising by over 34% to 6,823 units. Ford reported the biggest losses, with sales of the Transit minibus/van plunging by 74% to 1,219 units.
