Dennis Eagle enters US refuse truck market with new plant in Charleston, SC

USA / UK – Dennis Eagle Inc, part of the Warwick, UK-headquartered Terberg RosRoca Group, is entering the US waste disposal and refuse collection market with a new specialist truck. The company says it has established a production facility near Charleston, South Carolina, where it produces its new ProView chassis.
The ProView features a low-entry, walk-through cab for increased efficiency with space for a driver and three crew. The cab is also designed to provide a high level of visibility allowing drivers to easily determine the whereabouts of other road users and obstacles. ProView is powered by a Cummins 8.9 litre engine, in low emission diesel or CNG form, which is coupled to an Allison automatic gearbox.
