Brazil’s truck market enjoys strong growth in Q1 of 2021

Brazil - Truck sales in Brazil during the first quarter this year grew by 29.5%, 26,139 units compared with 20,160 units in the same period of 2020.

The heavy-duty truck and tractor segment with gross vehicle combinations over 40 tons still account for almost half of the market – it enjoyed almost parity growth with the total market, increasing by 29.0% to register 13,156 units (10,195). Iveco, MAN (VW) and Scania all enjoyed above market growth during the quarter.
