Volvo Group takes 60% stake in Designwerk Technologies and Futuricum e-truck brand

Sweden / Switzerland - Volvo Group has signed definitive agreements to acquire 60% of Designwerk Technologies AG, an engineering company in Winterthur, Switzerland which develops and sells electromobility products and engineering services. By investing in Designwerk Technologies, Volvo Group says it aims to complement its current capabilities with niche products and solutions.
