Aludyne buys CastLight die casting unit from Shiloh Industries

USA - Aludyne Inc of Southfield, Michigan has acquired the CastLight division from Shiloh Industries Inc of Valley City, Ohio. CastLight custom die casting solutions provides a full line of advanced engineered products in both aluminium and magnesium. Additionally, it offers high ductile castings integrated with stamped body-in-white (BIW) components, delivered as a complete assembled system.

Aludyne is a specialist in light-weighting components and says its acquisition of CastLight strengthens and expands its position as a light-weighting solutions provider.
