Daimler Truck AG appoints Stephan Unger CFO

Germany – Stuttgart-based Daimler AG’s decision to split its Daimler Mobility AG into two independent financial services companies for the car and van business and the truck and bus business has led to changes on the Board of Management.

Stephan Unger (54), the long-term Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Daimler AG is to take on the leadership of the new company-owned financial services unit of Daimler Truck AG and join the Board of Management of Daimler Truck AG with effect from July 1, 2021. Unger was appointed CFO in 2012 and has until now been responsible for Finance & Controlling, Risk Management and Digital Mobility solutions.
