Enel X to establish electric infrastructure charging solution in India through JV with Sterling and Wilson Pvt

Chennai / ItalySterling and Wilson Pvt Ltd (SWPL) of Chennai - a Shapoorji Pallonji Group company and one of India’s leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies - has announced that it is diversifying in the electric mobility segment in India through an agreement with Italian electric charging infrastructure company, Enel X of Rome, Italy, a subsidiary of the Enel Group.

SWPL announced it has signed an agreement with Enel X to form a 50-50 joint venture company (JV) to launch and create world-class electric charging infrastructure in the Indian sub-continent.
