USA / Austria / Netherlands - Hydrogen fuel cell, truck and bus builder, Hyzon Motors Inc of Rochester, New York, has taken an order for 70 hydrogen fuel cell-powered heavy-duty trucks from Austrian grocery store chain with almost 300 locations. It has signed an agreement with JuVe Automotion GmbH (JuVe) - a spin-off from MPREIS1 - which will be responsible for supplying the trucks to MPREIS as well as other companies looking to operate hydrogen fuel cell powered heavy duty trucks.

Initial delivery is planned for Q4 of 2021, with the remaining trucks to be delivered over the course of three years. The first batch of vehicles includes three different heavy-duty trucks, including tractor and rigid chassis designs, built to support refrigeration units.
