New Allison xFE transmissions for medium-duty trucks in EMEA offer improved fuel efficiency and reduced CO2 emissions

USA / The Netherlands - Allison Transmission Europe BV of Sliedrecht, Netherlands, a subsidiary of Allison Transmission Inc of Indianapolis, Indiana, USA representing the EMEA region, has introduced two new versions of its xFE (extra fuel economy) fully automatic transmission for use in medium-duty trucks in the EMEA region.

The new transmissions are the 3000 xFE and 3200 xFE models and these are designed for engines producing up to 370 horsepower and 1695 Nm of torque depending on the application, and for vehicles with gross weights up to 28.5 tons.
