Taiwan’s Tatung and Tangeng join forces to develop electric buses in Taiwan for Taiwan

Taiwan - Tatung Company, a Taiwanese conglomerate headquartered in the capital city Taipei, in March signed a contract to supply electric drive systems to local commercial vehicle manufacturer, Tangeng Advanced Vehicles Co Ltd of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
Tangeng, based in Kaohsiung City, is a manufacturer of railway carriages as well as a significant player in the country’s commercial vehicle sector, covering trucks and buses.
