Canada – ‘LionBeat,’ the brand name for a new telematics system developed collaboratively by electric truck and bus builder, Lion Electric Inc of Saint-Jerome, Canada, and Geotab Inc of Oakville, Ontario, a specialist provider of software solutions for fleet management, is now on the market for EV fleet operators of all sizes and industries.

LionBeat is designed to connect with an EV fleet operator’s existing fleet management software, collecting real-time and historical data which can be used to optimise all aspects of electric fleet operations, including productivity, safety, and cost. The system collects data on electric vehicle performance management; charge prioritisation; routing and dispatch; fleet management; driver management and training; maintenance and diagnostics; and advanced driver-assistance systems.
