Meritor make investment in SEA Electric

USA / Australia – Meritor Inc, a manufacturer of truck components based in Troy, Michigan, USA announced that it has made a minority investment in SEA Electric LLC of Torrance, California, USA, an Australian-American manufacturer of power systems for CVs. No specific terms or conditions have been disclosed by Meritor.

Chris Villavarayan, CEO and president of Meritor, commented: “This collaboration with SEA Electric gives us another path to apply our expertise in electrification solutions for the medium-duty market.”
