USA – San Diego-based vehicle-to-grid (V2G) service provider Nuvve Holding Corp and investment firm Stonepeak Partners LP announced the formation of Levo Mobility LLC, a joint venture to provide turnkey solutions for electrifying CV fleets. Using Nuvve’s V2G platform and capital investment from Stonepeak and its portfolio company, Evolve Transition Infrastructure LP, Levo will offer “Fleet-as-a-Service” to light and heavy-duty CV fleets.

For a fixed monthly payment with no upfront cost, Levo will provide fleets with EVs, charging infrastructure, maintenance, and technical advice. The V2G platform allows EV batteries to store energy and discharge it back to the grid while the vehicle is parked and plugged in, and it also comes with an intelligent energy management system that optimises charge and discharge schedules to maximise revenue generated for the user.
