Tata Motors sets up new subsidiary for dedicated CV aftermarket services

Mumbai - Tata Motors Ltd. of Mumbai, a commercial vehicle manufacturer, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary company called TML CV Mobility Solutions Ltd.
The new entity will provide end-to-end services of operating, repair and maintenance, including annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and, Fleet Management Services (FMS) for the automotive industry, including electric mobility/electric vehicles, electric buses, and fuel cell buses.
