46 Tatra Force fire fighting vehicles with Cummins engines deployed in north-east Germany

Germany / USA / Czech Republic – Tatra Trucks AS, an automotive manufacturer based in Kopřivnice, Czech Republic, saw 46 of its Tatra Force T 815-7 firefighting vehicles deployed in the heavily-forested areas of Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania in north-east Germany. Each truck is fitted with a 9-litre engine manufactured by Columbus, Indiana-based drivetrains specialist Cummins Inc, marking the first use of the engines in Tatra’s firefighting trucks.
