ATLIS looking to raise USD5m in crowd funding to expand battery development and expand EV platform

USA – Electric vehicle platform start-up, ATLIS Motor Vehicles of Mesa, Arizona, is looking to raise USD5 million in equity through a crowdfunding campaign. This investment round prices the company’s shares at USD12.74 per share. Members of the public can purchase ATLIS shares through the company’s website, with a minimum investment of USD255.

ATLIS is raising funds to expand its battery development, to recruit new engineers and battery testing equipment. Additionally, some of the funds will be used to continue production-level design for the XP platform.
