Eberspächer announces third generation Airtronic heater

Germany – Eberspächer Group of Esslingen, Germany, has introduced to market its third generation Airtronic heater system for trucks, buses, ambulances and off-road vehicles.
The new Airtronic range now comprises four model variants in a total of twelve versions, ranging in outputs from 2 kW to 8 kW. This includes separate models for petrol or diesel vehicles. Featuring an integrated barometric pressure sensor, the new Airtronic optimises fuel consumption and enables automatic adjustment at altitudes of up to 5,500 meters.
