Scania releases new 13-litre gas engine compatible with compressed and liquefied natural gas and biogas

Scania's new 13-litre gas engine

SwedenScania AB of Södertälje, Sweden, has released a new gas engine for heavy-duty transportation, which can run on various forms of gas, including liquefied biogas, which has only recently become available as a fuelling option. The engine will be provided as an option for Scania’s new high-floor K-chassis for coaches.
