Iveco Bus produces 500th E-WAY

France / Italy – Bus builder Iveco Bus, based in Turin, Italy, a subsidiary of CNH Industrial, has announced the production of its 500^th fully-electric E-WAY city bus, manufactured at its Heuliez bus plant in Rorthais, France.

The 500^th vehicle is part of a 46-unit order to the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan area, with 37 units to be delivered by the end of 2021, and a further 9 by 2024. The 12-metre bus features a 385 kW battery pack, providing it with enough power for a full day of operation until it is charged overnight at the depot.
