Ambev acquires 150 JAC electric trucks

Brazil – Beverage company, Ambev S.A. of São Paulo announced the acquisition of another 150 all-electric trucks from JAC Motors Brasil Ltda, an independent dealer representing Chinese manufacturer, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co Ltd (JAC) in São Paulo. The new units are JAC iEV1200T trucks, which are scheduled to be delivered by the end of this year.

The company has already started receiving an order of 100 units of the e-Delivery, Volkswagen's all-electric model, and it has also signed a contract for the purchase of 1,000 units of the FNM 832 and 833 electric trucks, which should start being delivered next year.
