Brazilian production of road implements in the third quarter is the highest in 2021

Brazil – Production of trailer and truck bodies in Brazil during the third quarter of 2021 totalled  44,132 units, according to data supplied by National Association of Road Implement Manufacturers (ANFIR); this was an increase of 22% on vehicles registered in the third quarter of 2020 (36,049 units) and also above other quarters in 2021, which it reported as registering 35,883 units in the first quarter, and 40,785 units in the second.

For the period January to September, trailer and truck body production in Brazil sold 120,930 products, some 42.0% more than in the same period in 2020 (85,186 units). Of this total, 68,274 were trailers and semi-trailers (heavy) and 52,656 were bodywork on truck chassis.
