JAC electric vans begin food and drink deliveries in Brazil

Brazil – JAC Motors Brasil Ltda, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, an independent dealer representing China’s Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co Ltd (JAC) has completed an initial order of three fully-electric delivery vans to be operated by Brazilian drinks manufacturer, Fruki Beverages in Rio Grande do Sul.

The vehicle selected by the firm is the JAC iEV 1200T, with a range of 250km. According to Daniel Coelho, the logistics manager of Fruki, the business’ objective is to expand the electric fleet gradually through until 2030, creating a logistics model that is connected to the firm’s environmental, social and corporate governance strategy.
