Japan / Australia / Netherlands – Refrigerated solutions firms Daikin Reefer of Osaka, Japan, and IRS International of Laverton, Australia, have announced that their European projects will operate out of one combined headquarters in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. IRS International was purchased by Daikin in 2008, and operates primarily in New Zealand and Australia, with spare parts centres in Dubai, South Africa, and now Rotterdam.

With the new premises offering increased spare parts stock and faster delivery to European customers, Daikin Reefer and IRS International state they are implementing a ‘one stop shop’ for reefer spare parts supply, ship kits supply, ship kits management, service parts control and supply, service support, training, and reefer unit sales.
