Scania reports recovery in 9-month financial results

SwedenScania AB, a commercial vehicle manufacturer and subsidiary of the Traton Group based in Södertälje, Sweden, has released its 9-month financial results, which record net sales of SEK107.6m, an increase of 21% compared with the same period of the previous year (SEK88.8m). In the third quarter, net sales increased by 8% to SEK32.8m, compared to SEK30.4m in Q3 2020. 

The company’s operating income increased a massive 146% to SEK12.8m (SEK5.2m) over the past nine months and increased by 26% from SEK2.4m to SEK3.1m in the third quarter.
