Mitsubishi Fuso launches new Aero Star city bus

Japan – Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC or Fuso), based in Kawasaki, Japan, launched the new Aero Star large city route bus in Japan in September.

The new 79-seater Aero Star comes with an accelerator interlock safety device, which increases passenger safety during onboarding and offboarding by blocking the vehicle from accelerating while the front passenger entrance door is open. The accelerator interlock for the middle door is already installed on the previous model.
