EO Charging makes post-merger appointments to board

 UK – British EV charging firm EO Charging Ltd, based in Stowmarket, has announced two appointments to its Board of Directors following its merger with First Reserve Sustainable Growth Corp of Stamford, Connecticut, USA.

The first appointment is former Transdev North America CEO, Mark Joseph, to Chairman of the Board. He is expected to take on the roll once the merger is completed in Q1 2022. The firm states it is hoping to capitalise on Joseph’s US experience to support growth into the North American market.
