Steven Miller replaces Brett Icahn as Icahn Capital Board Designee. Miller is a portfolio manager at Icahn Capital L.P. a subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises L.P. The board will continue to be composed of 10 directors, nine of whom are independent.

As the new Chief Technical and Operations Officer, Joel Theut will lead all operations relating to the company’s supply chain, R&D and innovation, bringing over 30 years of international automotive experience in product development, business development and project management.

Tasked with stabilising the company’s finances, Meyer brings more than 20 years of experience in international finance.

Tully is Co-Founder and Vice Chair of Earthrise Energy, an energy company based in the USA.

She replaces Ulrich Hörnke in the role.

He replaces Pipasu Soni, who will leave the company to “pursue other opportunities”.
