Ford launches Ford Pro Charging fleet management software

USA – Ford Motor Company of Dearborn, Michigan, has launched a charging solution named Ford Pro Charging through its Ford Pro fleet management service.

Ford Pro Charging is designed to operate with electric vehicles from a multitude of OEMs and vehicle classes – i.e., ranging from forklifts to heavy-duty trucks. The software solution enables remote monitoring and can relay charge rate, optimal charge times, and service alerts. In conjunction with Ford Pro E-Telematics, features such as battery pre-conditioning can maximize range and battery performance.
