Japan – Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) opened a “Customer Experience Center” at its Kawasaki head office plant in Kawasaki, in Japan’s Kanagawa Prefecture in November. The facility offers customers the opportunity to drive the Fuso eCanter battery-powered light truck and try its various e-mobility ecosystem solutions.

The Customer Experience Center was established under the guidance of the Electrical Transformation Office, an organization within MFTBC set up in July 2021 with the aim of promoting powertrain electrification and alleviating customer concerns about the switch to electrification, as the company looks to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
